KOGNOSYS/The governed memory layer for AI

One memory layer. Three knowledge boundaries.

SenangAI gives every person, teamspace and organisation its own permission-aware knowledge graph, then carries those boundaries into every answer, agent and workflow.

From approved knowledge
to accountable action.

Connect knowledge once. Preserve its owner and permissions. Let SenangAI reason, create and automate without losing the citation, approval or audit trail behind the result.

KNOWLEDGE BOUNDARIES / LIVE VIEW

Every scope has its own

People and agents see only the memory available in the active scope. Switch scope and the knowledge, conversations, files, agents and workflows switch with it. The scopes shown below are illustrative.

QUESTIONS

How does the
platform work?

Direct answers to what buyers ask first.

01

What is a governed memory layer?

A governed memory layer is software that stores an organisation's approved knowledge together with the permissions, provenance and audit context attached to it, so people and AI systems retrieve only what their active scope allows. SenangAI applies this across Personal, Teamspace and Organisation scopes, resolving identity before any language model is called.

02

Where does SenangAI run?

SenangAI deploys on-premise, in a private cloud or in a sovereign region, so knowledge and audit evidence stay inside the boundary the organisation chooses. Where it runs also shapes which obligations apply; in Malaysia, personal data in commercial transactions is governed by the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709).

03

Which language models can SenangAI use?

Any model from a provider the organisation approves. Models are registered, profiled and routed per task by capability, speed and cost, and every answer keeps its citation trail regardless of which model produced it.

LIVE EVALUATION

One use case.
Three weeks.
Evidence, not theatre.

Bring your compliance, risk and technology leads. Pick a question your organisation already argues about.

WHAT THE THREE WEEKS PRODUCE

DAY ONEFirst cited answerConnect one approved source and ask a question in your own language.
WEEK ONEBoundary testRun the same question from a scope that should not see it, and watch the system fail closed.
WEEKS TWO TO THREEControlled actionTurn the answer into a workflow that pauses for a real approval decision.
